Educational courses on anatomy and physiology, posture, mobility, stretching, movement, ergonomics, injury prevention, and exercise fundamentals. This is education only. Hands-on clinical care is provided only by appropriately licensed professionals.
Leadership, study skills, communication, confidence, career exploration, financial literacy, and college and career preparation.
Health promotion, disease prevention, nutrition, stress management, healthy aging, and caregiver education.
Autism awareness, neurodiversity, parent and caregiver education, life skills, transition support, and advocacy.
Emotional regulation, parenting education, conflict resolution, resilience, and mental-health awareness. Clinical care stays with licensed professionals.
Substance-use awareness, prevention, relapse-prevention education, family education, and employment readiness.
Office administration, customer service, computer skills, digital marketing, resume writing, interview preparation, and job readiness.
Public health, epidemiology, community health, gerontology, dementia education, disability support, and caregiving.
Starting a nonprofit, governance, strategic planning, fundraising, grant writing, volunteer management, and impact measurement.
Academy certificates (Participation, Completion, and Advanced) recognize completed learning. They are not government-issued professional licenses, degrees, or board certifications, and they do not qualify anyone to practice a regulated profession.
